# Munger Mode

> Munger Mode is a value-investing research terminal for long-term, conviction-based investors in the tradition of Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. It generates AI fundamental research reports on stocks and aggregates superinvestor 13F filings, earnings-call and SEC filing insights, and market-valuation metrics into one feed. It is a research tool, not a trading tool — the focus is intrinsic value, margin of safety, durable competitive advantages, management quality, and capital allocation, not momentum or technical signals.

## What it offers

- **AI research reports**: deep fundamental research on stocks, each with a 1–5 star rating (1 = Strong Sell, 5 = Strong Buy), covering the business, moat, management, valuation, and risks.
- **Watchlist screener**: screen the equity universe (S&P 500 plus select names) on trailing P/E, ROIC, market cap, and rating.
- **Superinvestors**: a consensus portfolio built from the 13F filings of ~90 famous investors (Buffett, Klarman, Ackman, Marks, and more), with per-investor holdings and ~13 years of position history back to the 2013 filing-XML floor.
- **Sources**: 90-day sentiment aggregated from earnings-call transcripts, SEC filings, podcasts, blogs, and X/Twitter.
- **Market valuation**: aggregate US-equity metrics including the Shiller CAPE (P/E10), trailing and forward S&P 500 P/E, and the equity risk premium, with history back to 1881.
